Industry Visit @ Borosil Glass Ltd.

The Department of Chemistry, SRICT–ISR successfully organized an Industry Visit (IV) for B.Sc. Semester VI students to Borosil Glass Ltd. on 8 January 2026. The visit was planned with the objective of providing students with first-hand exposure to industrial-scale glass manufacturing and quality control practices, thereby bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world industrial applications.During the visit, students were formally briefed by industry professionals on the history of Borosil, its product portfolio, and its significance in laboratory and industrial glassware manufacturing.
