Industry Visit @ ETL Limited, Ankleshwar
Description
Department of Environmental Science & Technology organized an Industrial visit for Fourth & Sixth Semester B.E EST students (along with the students of K J Polytechnic) on 09th February 2026 to ETL Limited, Ankleshwar. Students were made aware of different treatment steps in an effluent industry from effluent collection to various levels involved in water treatment systems. Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary level treatment systems were explained and shown to students before the discharge of wastewater. The biological route for wastewater treatment was also explained to students in which they visited the laboratory system of ETL. The students gained valuable information regarding different stages of wastewater treatment through the visit.
