A One-to-One Meeting for Diploma Chemical Engineering Semester 4 students was conducted on 11th February 2026 in the presence of Dr. Alok Gautam (Dean R&D, UPL University), Dr. Krunal Suthar (HoD), and Mr. Hemilsinh Vansia (Class Coordinator). During the session, students were guided to adopt a disciplined approach toward academics by planning their studies effectively, striving for academic excellence, improving attendance, and working towards zero backlogs. Dr. Alok Gautam also highlighted the importance of setting clear career goals and continuously upgrading both technical and soft skills to enhance future career prospects. The session concluded with an interactive discussion in which students shared their concerns and received valuable guidance on their academic and personal development. The meeting proved to be motivating and insightful, encouraging students to move forward with clarity and confidence.
