A One-to-One Meeting for Diploma Chemical Engineering Semester 4 students was organised on 12th February 2026 in the presence of Dr Alok Gautam (Dean R&D, UPL University), Dr Krunal Suthar (HoD), and Ms Minaxi Patel (Class Coordinator). The session focused on strengthening students’ academic mindset and future planning. Dr Alok Gautam motivated students to adopt systematic study habits, remain consistent in their efforts, improve attendance, and work towards clearing all backlogs. He also stressed the importance of defining career goals and continuously upgrading technical knowledge and communication skills to stay competitive in the professional world. Students actively participated in the interaction, sharing their thoughts and challenges. The session concluded with constructive guidance and encouragement, making it a meaningful step towards students’ academic growth and career readiness.
