One-to-One Academic Interaction
Description
A One-to-One Meeting for Diploma Chemical Engineering Semester 4 students was held on 16th February 2026, in the presence of Dr Alok Gautam (Dean R&D, UPL University). During the interaction, Dr Alok Gautam advised students to follow a disciplined academic routine by dedicating 35–50 hours per week to focused study. He encouraged students to aim for strong academic performance, maintain 100% attendance, and work consistently towards achieving zero backlogs. The session concluded with an open, interactive discussion in which students shared their concerns and received meaningful guidance on their academic progress and personal development. The meeting served as a motivating platform, encouraging students to stay focused and goal-oriented.
