Industrial visit to BEIL Infrastructure Ltd, Ankleshwar
Description
An Industrial visit to BEIL Infrastructure Ltd, Ankleshwar unit was organized for the Sixth semester B.E. EST students on 16/02/2026 under the banner of IIC. During the visit, students got an opportunity to understand analysis pathways for wastewater by various heavy metal contaminants along with visiting their Incubation centre. Inline to this, students were introduced with analytical techniques for determination of mercury, lead and chromium contaminants in wastewater samples. They also visited Zero liquid discharge plant and RO plant which includes advanced level of treatment techniques with waste water. Overall the learning was quite significant for the students and UPL University would like to acknowledge the efforts of BEIL Infrastructure management including Ms. Nishat Shaikh, Mr. Narendra Patel & Mr. Ashish Gurjar for successful conduction of visit.
