One-Day Guided Learning Experience Program on Artificial Intelligence & Cybersecurity
Description
The Department of Computer Engineering, UPL University of Sustainable Technology organized a One-Day Guided Learning Experience Program on “Artificial Intelligence & Cybersecurity” on 11th August 2026, with around 90 students from the 2nd and 3rd year of the B.E. program participating. The program featured an expert session by Mr. Pawan Singh, Senior AI/ML Engineer, who provided valuable insights into Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Cybersecurity. The session focused on providing students with industry-oriented knowledge and practical exposure to emerging technologies through the IBM SkillsBuild program. As part of the program, students also successfully completed certifications in Introduction to AI & ML and Introduction to LLMs. The program was coordinated by Mr. Awadh Kishor Singh and Ms. Aanal Patel, with Dr. Ashutosh Abhangi served as the Spokesperson, under the guidance of Ms. Mital Patel, Head of the Department of Computer Engineering, UPL University of Sustainable Technology.
