Day 2 | Sci Technovation 2026

UPL University of Sustainable Technology successfully hosted Sci-Technovation’26, a National Level Technical Event organized by the Department of Computer Engineering & Information Technology, in collaboration with IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell) and IIC (Institution’s Innovation Council). Based on the theme “Tech Fusion: Powered by AI,” the two-day festival brought together students, innovators, and technology enthusiasts to explore emerging technologies, showcase creativity, and participate in diverse technical and non-technical challenges. The event featured a wide range of technical competitions, including Code Tod-Fod, Mission Techno, Eco-Craft, Waste Hunt, Prompt to Presentation, Science Sprint, Junk Yard, MechAI, TechPreneur, Ecovolt, The Lab League, AI Waste Innovators, Elementeria, Track Techno Camo, Chemistry Mystery, ChemQuest, Pixel Rush, Crime Quest, Paper Presentation, Poster Presentation, and Model & Simulation Making across disciplines. The festival also included engaging non-technical events such as Free Fire, Avengers – Quack Attack, Mystery Quest, and Bidwar 2K26 – “The Ultimate Cricket Auction Battle,” providing participants with opportunities to demonstrate teamwork, strategy, creativity, and competitive spirit. Sci-Technovation’26 provided students with a dynamic platform to think beyond textbooks, experiment with new ideas, develop practical skills, and transform creativity into innovation. The event encouraged participants to explore emerging technologies and apply their knowledge to real-world challenges. A major highlight of the concluding ceremony was the Prize Distribution, where winners and runners-up across various technical and non-technical events were felicitated with certificates and cash prizes in recognition of their dedication, creativity, innovation, teamwork, and technical excellence. The Best Event Trophy was also awarded to recognize the outstanding performance and successful execution of the event. The successful completion of Sci-Technovation’26 was made possible through the collective efforts of the University Management, IQAC, IIC, Department of Computer Engineering & Information Technology, faculty members, event coordinators, judges, volunteers, and participating students. The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks, expressing appreciation to everyone who contributed to making the event a memorable celebration of technology, creativity, innovation, and collaborative learning. Sci-Technovation’26 was more than a technical festival—it was a platform where ideas met opportunity, creativity met technology, and curiosity transformed into innovation.
